About us

The idea of pop up restaurants comes from Cuba where they are called underground restaurants. It will enable Jim and Will to be able to share food they love with you in their kitchen.

We wanted to incorporate the name Ickle into our philosophy due to it being a term of endearment, and something that is small and cute.

All our food will be prepared using local ingredients where possible even herbs from our garden and veggies from our vegetable patch.
